Procrastinators

... Worth the Wait

When I was 25, I didn't think you could play rock and roll past the age of 30. Boy, was I wrong! --Jeff Tunnell

Yes boys and girls.....it's difficult to make decent money...find fair club owners....and pull in a good crowd who don't mind trying to negotiate the police cruisers as they make their way home at the end of the evening. However, no karoake, DJ's, o…

Procrastinators in the Wild...

The Procrastinators are Don Poole, Ken Dutchess, Kelly Asay and Jeff Tunnell. We play a bunch of originals plus some rocking versions of what used to be called "New Wave", punk, alternative, and uh... rock and roll. Songs from The Clash, Ramones, R.E.M., Attack and the Fun, and Story So Far. Good luck finding another band with a combined age near 200 that can keep up with us.

Yes boys and girls.....it's difficult to make decent money...find fair club owners....and pull in a good crowd who don't mind trying to negotiate the police cruisers as they make their way home at the end of the evening. However, no karoake, DJ's, or sports bar can ever, ever replace the vibe that a group of competant musicians can create.

Many of the tapes wouldn't play, their tape disintegrating at the first twist of the reel from the years of heat, cold and wet cycles that over time they surely endured. But one of the ones that played turned out to be from a "development" project that I was part… Continue

Grapes to Wine to Vinegar to...

This last weekend was a good one. We played a show at The Astoria Bar out in West Eugene, turned out to be one of our best performances to date, even with the mistakes; many of them mine.

We had the pleasure of playing with Scott Austin's "Sea To City" band; what a refreshing take on indie music, you won't want to miss them if you get the chance. We also had a good friends band: Fulcrum on the bill, also a pleasure, good hard 90's era music with some amazing musicians. Thanks for a great show g… Continue
