Fender or Peavey?

I'm a noob here, so be easy on me. This may have been discussed before, but which is better a Peavey T-40 or a Fender Jazz?

Fender Jazz hands down. A T-40 has its own sound, but the quality difference when you play the instruments will speak for itself.

#1: American Made
#2: Japanese Made
#3: build it from Warmoth parts =)
